• Refunds are valid within 7 days of receiving your order.

• To be eligible, the product must be:

  • Unused and undamaged

  • Returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories

• Refunds are applicable only on non-prescription products.

• Prescription (powered) glasses are non-refundable.

• Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return unless received damaged or defective.

• As we currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only:

  • Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or mobile wallet (e.g., Easypaisa, JazzCash) as preferred by the customer.

  • A deduction of Rs. 150 (standard delivery fee) will be applied to all refunds.
