🔁 Exchange Policy – Alvi Shades

At Alvi Shades, we want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase. If something doesn’t feel right, we’ve made our exchange process simple and transparent.


Exchange Eligibility

  • You can request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be:

    • Unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging

    • Returned with all tags and accessories

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable


🚚 Exchange Process

  1. Securely pack your item in its original condition.

  2. Send it via any reliable courier service to the address below at your own expense:

      C-24 Block B, North Nazimabad
      Karachi, Pakistan

  3. Include your:

    • Full name

    • Order number

    • Contact number

    • Reason for exchange (optional but appreciated)


💸 Delivery Charges & Timelines

  • Once we receive and inspect your parcel, we’ll dispatch your new item within 2-3 business days.

  • You’ll need to pay the Rs. 250 delivery fee for the exchanged item.

  • If the requested item is out of stock, you will be issued a refund in store credit or via Easypaisa—whichever you prefer.


🕶️ Prescription Lenses Exchange Policy

  • The extra cost for prescription lenses is non-refundable if the lenses are correct but you no longer want them.

  • If the prescription is incorrect due to our error, we’ll recheck and replace or refund the full amount.


📝 Quick Tips Before Sending Your Parcel

  • Take a photo of the packed parcel before shipping—just in case you need proof.

  • Items that are received damaged due to poor packing will not be eligible for exchange or refund.
